Andrei Shenin is an expert in international affairs with a focus on forming and implementation of U.S. foreign policy. During his academic career, he worked as a researcher in Russia, United States and Kazakhstan. Spent three years as a visiting professor at L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University.

Also, he is an author of two monographs on U.S. foreign policy, and more than 25 scholarly articles published in Russia, United States, Europe, Kazakhstan and India.

As an academic and practitioner, she has worked on a variety of human rights issues with particular focus on equality and discrimination. She has been a speaker at high-level international fora organized by the OSCE ODIHR, the European Commission, the Council of Europe, the UNODC.

She has done research and advocacy work in the areas of combating discrimination and hate crime, policing methods and migration policies. As advocacy officer and educational expert, she has developed and published guidelines and training programs for national authorities, local government representatives and communities. Olena holds an MA in Human Rights from the Central European University.

Areas of interest: Human Rights, Equality and Non-Discrimination, Hate Crimes, Advocacy, International Humanitarian Law.
